Year 12 Geographers attend conference at Museum of Natural HistoryPosted on: 27/09/2017
On 26th September, Year 12 Geographers spent the day at Oxford University Museum of Natural History for a Managing Resources conference. The event was run by the University Geography department, and included presentations from professors and undergraduate students.
We had the opportunity to learn about a range of topics from experts in their field including: biodiversity, climate change and a study of tectonic activity in Nepal.
There was also time to explore the natural history museum and learn about all sorts of different plants and animals; both alive and extinct!
