Salary: £22,583.80 – £27,772.39 per annum (actual gross salary) based on Grades 8-9
Appointment will be within the range subject to skills and experience. The post holder also has access to the local government pension scheme.
Contract: The is a term time plus 2 weeks position. The working hours are 37 hours per week

Ridgeway Education Trust (RET) is a multi-academy trust which comprises Didcot Girls’ School, St Birinus School and Sutton Courtenay Church of England Primary School. The two secondary schools also include Didcot Sixth Form, a mixed sixth form of some 350 boys and girls.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our school Data Team. The post holder must have excellent ICT, administrative and problem-solving skills and to be able to work on his/her own initiative, organising and prioritising their work schedule as appropriate and to maintain confidentiality. The successful applicant will be someone who works well in a team, can prioritise and is able to work flexibly with colleagues. Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will work closely with staff, students and prospective parents.
The successful applicant will be pivotal in maintaining accurate and reliable student records to support effective teaching and learning at the school. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the school database, timetables and providing support for data analysis on student progress. In addition, the role would involve assisting the Data Team on attendance records and processing new admissions. The role is supported by an experienced school data lead and the successful candidate will be appointed within the salary range depending on skills and experience.
The post holder must also be flexible and willing to work for short periods during holiday times as needed.
