Reporting Absences  

Every morning (before 9:15am) of your daughter's absence, please inform the school using either of the following options:

Please ensure that you clearly state your daughter's nameTutor group and the reason for absence. Thank you

Respectful communication

It is our policy to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible and within 48 hours during the school week/term. For more complex issues, it may be appropriate to send a holding message so the matter can be investigated.

Staff will respond to emails within working hours, usually between 8:30am-4.30pm.

We always aim to promote our values of respect in the relationships we have with our community.

On the very rare occasions when phone calls or communication with staff is not respectful, in such cases the call/communication will be ended and the matter referred to a senior member of staff.
