December is always a busy time for Musicians and that is no different for RET students. Students at DGS and SBS have been working hard throughout the term for the Christmas Concert at the end of December. Students performed wonderfully and it was great to see everyone coming together again to get into the Christmas spirit. We had a large array of performances from Orchestra performing The Addams Family, to Brass Group playing Santa Claus is Coming to Town and everyone coming together (performers and audience) to perform the carols Hark the Herald Angels Sing and O Little Town of Bethlehem. It was lovely to see the hard work pay off and we're looking forward to the RET instrumental concert on the 24^th of March which will showcase our instrumentalists from DGS and SBS, as well as rising musicians from local RET Primary Schools. 

Our Christmas Music season concluded for us on the 17^th of December in Didcot Town Centre, where BBC Oxford had asked DGS Chamber Choir to perform for their Christmas Event. Again, the students sang beautifully, and it was lovely to see everyone truly getting in the spirit of Christmas.
