Year 9 took part in mock interviews this week!

What did you gain from today (a tiny sample):

• It was very informative and it gave an idea what an interview might be like in the future

• Experience on how to do an interview so when you do an interview for real you won’t be scared

• A confidence about what interviews are like

• I learned what it might be to be in a real interview and learned how to speak more confidently and more formally.

•  Alot of new skills like keeping eye contact for longer

• Learning experience about new jobs and how to confidently deliver in an interview

• It was nice to talk to the employer and learn about their career and understand the qualities I have

• I gained a helpful reassurance about interviews and that they aren't as scary as they seem. I got lots of good advice from the interviewer and found more confidence to talk about myself
