This week, our fantastic Interact Club organised and ran a bake sale fundraiser as part of our marking of Black History Month.

Thanks to the hard work of our students and the generosity of our school community, we raised money for Show Racism the Red Card, a charity dedicated to tackling racism, promoting equality and empowering people to challenge discrimination.

Their mission aligns closely with our school values. At DGS, we are committed to fostering a community built on respect, kindness and inclusion, where every individual feels valued and has a sense of belonging. By supporting this important cause, our students have demonstrated leadership, compassion and a commitment to creating a fairer society for all.
