Last night over 20 students from the DGS Public Speaking Club listened to expert speakers at the Oxford Union. We were fortunate to also join a less formal debate, and four of our students - Lashawn, Kamdi, Zoe and Aurabella had the courage and initiative to request to speak! They addressed the audience with their arguments on the success and failure of international law and the conflict in Gaza – and did amazingly. We were very impressed by their confidence and the eloquence of their arguments.
