A group of our GCSE Art students had a wonderful day at the Tate Art Gallery this week exploring British Art History and gaining first-hand experience of artworks from different periods. They were extremely enthused by seeing such incredible pieces of art. The Turner versus Constable exhibition blew everybody out of the water and then seeing a mixture of Victorian through to contemporary art expanded their horizons in ways they couldn't have imagined in a classroom.
