On 6th and 7th April, 200 of our Year 7 students went out on their Takeover Challenge to experience the world of work. 

They have secured some fantastic work experience placements across a range of different professions including: accountancy, healthcare, law, education, catering, animal care, scientific research, IT, charities, construction, engineering, horticulture, transport, interior design, nuclear industry and the police!

We are extremely grateful to all the employers who have offered them this opportunity, and to the parents who have organised such a variety of interesting placements. The students have represented the school extremely well and had a wonderful time, as can be seen in their smiling photographs.
